Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The lobby was stunning, and the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. While I enjoyed most aspects of my stay, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, as I could hear my neighbors at times. Overall, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stay, particularly with the added bonus of a lovely courtyard to enjoy a drink.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although it's located in an old coal mining town, it felt completely modern and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. However, I did hear some noise at night that could be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, it's a great value for a comfortable stay, and I’d definitely return if I'm in town again.
This hotel has a lot going for it, including beautiful landscaping and a nice breakfast surprise. However, the noise issues from neighboring rooms were very disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While the staff were fantastic throughout our visit, the lack of soundproofing and some service inconsistencies were disappointing enough that I'm not sure I'd stay again for the night.
This hotel has a wonderful staff and a clean, modern atmosphere, making for a pleasant stay. However, there were notable issues with soundproofing between rooms and the slow elevator. Dining at the bar was excellent, and the room, while spacious, would benefit from better noise insulation. While I appreciated the cozy bar and the friendly staff, I’ll have to think twice about my next stay due to the poor sleep quality.
I had a pleasant family stay at this hotel for three nights while skiing at Elk Mountain. The property is modern, well-maintained, and clean, with a lovely courtyard that would be great in warmer weather. The dining experience was nice, though breakfast got a bit chaotic on the last day. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable getaway, but a few minor issues held it back from perfection.
